Jimmy Sackett

JimmyGrowing up I didn’t know Jesus. It wasn’t until I was in rehab at my home town mission at the age of 18 when I started to know him. Six months later I was out of rehab. I had a job, I had a house, I had a car, and I knew Jesus; life was good. As time went on things started happening, and I fell away from God. I started drinking  and after an accident I ended up using heroin. This past year I tried many times to quit on my own but couldn’t do it. A few weeks after my 25th birthday having sold the rest of my stuff I had two options left, get help or die. That’s when I called my cousin, Troy and he told me about his time at U-Turn for Christ Tennessee.
A week later I was on a plane from Michigan to start my new life here. It was the best decision I have made in a long time. Now I’m  25 and starting my life over. I have a new look on life , and a new  love for Jesus. I feel good and could never be happier.
U-Turn saved my life and I thank God for bringing me here everyday.
