Prepare to serve Christ.
The school of ministry purpose gives men a direction for continued growth and preparation to serve the Lord. Deeper study, teaching others, and missions connect learning with practical service.
Phase 3 · Continued growth
Phase 3 is designed to be a school of ministry or an opportunity for a deeper walk with Christ, continuing the growth begun in Phase 2 through deeper Bible study, teaching others, and local and international missions.
Who Phase 3 is for
Men must successfully complete both Phase 1 and Phase 2 before participating in Phase 3. This next stage is for men who want to prepare for ministry or continue into a deeper walk with the Lord.
Bring that desire to the team and discuss your readiness and the current arrangements for continuing under Pastor Dan Hammond’s oversight.

What participation involves
Phase 3 includes requirements for deeper Bible study, teaching others, and local and international missions. These responsibilities help men continue growing in Christ while preparing to serve.
Pastor Dan can explain the current studies, teaching responsibilities, and mission requirements for participants.
Continue beyond the foundation of the earlier phases through a deeper study of God’s Word. Ask about the current studies and expectations for preparation.
Take what you are learning and teach others. Discuss the current teaching requirements and how to prepare for those responsibilities.
Local missions are part of Phase 3’s requirements. Ask about the current opportunities and how men prepare to serve people in the community.
International missions are also part of the requirements. Discuss the current mission opportunities, preparation, timing, and arrangements with the team.
